Gabrih Home is a UK-based luxury home fragrance brand specialising in handcrafted candles and home fragrance products inspired by the Caribbean.

All Gabrih Home products are handmade.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, finish, fragrance intensity, wax appearance, and vessel characteristics may occur. These variations do not constitute faults.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to display colours and products as accurately as possible, actual products may vary slightly from photographs.

  1. ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

• A product is unavailable
• Pricing errors have occurred
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Incorrect customer information has been provided

An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of an order.

Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless faulty.

Lead times for bespoke orders may vary depending on complexity and materials.

Returns, replacements, store credit, and refund requests are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers must follow all candle safety instructions provided with their purchase.

Gabrih Home shall not be liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper storage, failure to follow safety instructions, or use of products in an unsafe manner.

Candles should never be left unattended while burning.
