Each Gabrih Home candle is hand-poured with care in the UK. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring every product meets our quality standards.
UK SHIPPING
Standard UK Delivery
• Delivery time: 2–5 working days after dispatch
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
Free UK Shipping
• Free standard UK shipping is available on orders over £75
ORDER PROCESSING
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During product launches, promotions, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
CUSTOM & BESPOKE ORDERS
Custom candles and bespoke creations are made to order and may require additional production time.
Lead times for bespoke orders will be discussed and confirmed before payment is taken.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Gabrih Home is pleased to offer international shipping to selected destinations.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order weight.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local handling fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authority.
Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing times.
Please note that Gabrih Home cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, local postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and product.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
